How should I care for my 2XU technical apparel?
To maintain the integrity of the PWX fabrics, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry in the shade. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble dryers, as these can break down the technical fibers.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased through our official store, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, 2XU provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all compression garments and apparel. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
