At 2XU, we want to ensure you are performing at your peak with the right gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all high-performance apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all compression technology tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
